- The following are the Terms and Conditions, with the Privacy Policy, that govern your services from Medicover Hospitals and constitute a legally binding agreement, between you and Medicover Hospitals.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of mediocveronline.com/vaccination.

Any person who has got registered and provided registration data while registering are governed by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of use constitute a legal and binding contract between you.

By clicking on the terms and conditions checkbox, you are bound by these Terms of Service and any other binding document as decided by the Company. You are requested to read them carefully before accepting the same and moving forward to using the App/Website.

The website and an application is a platform that facilitates the online registration of vaccination. To facilitate the relation between you and the Medicover, the Medicover Hospitals has all the rights to send notifications, messages, and Emails.

As per Government SOP’s COVID vaccination certificate from Medicover Hospitals cannot be be issued to the Healthcare workers and frontline workers (Category: HCW / FLW).
Registration for Vaccination

To get vaccination you must fill in all the mandatory details and provide certain information about yourself as per government approved ID proof, including, your name, gender, email address, mobile phone number and billing address etc, All of your registration information is protected by our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that the information you submit during registration is truthful and accurate and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information.

You may not transfer your vaccination and you will be responsible for the activities associated.

Medicover Hospitals will not be liable for any loss or damages as a result of your failure.

By getting registered on Medicover Hospitals portal you agree to receive transactional and/or promotional communications from us via email, telephone, SMS, and chat.

The registration on or use of the website or an app is only available for natural persons, other than those who are ‘incompetent to contract’ under the contract act. That is people including minors, undischarged insolvent, etc. are not eligible to register or take the vaccination.

Further, you are solely responsible for any side effects and the failure happens during registration or before and after the vaccination.

While availing any of the payment methods available on the App/Website, We will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:
i. Lack of authorization for any transaction(s), or
ii. Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between ‘Bank(s)’, or
iii. Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
iv. Decline of transaction for any other reason(s).

We make every effort to make sure that the pricing and availability of Products are accurate and up to date. However, rarely, there may be an error on the pricing of a product or an error related to product availability. In such cases, we are not responsible for any typographical errors and we reserve the right to cancel the sale.

We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or omissions related to the pricing and product availability/descriptions, even after you have submitted your order, and to change or update any other information at any time without prior notice.

Registration of beneficiaries is mandatory for vaccination for COVID 19. Only after registration the information to visit and time will be shared with the beneficiary.

Government-approved ID proof is mandatory to complete registration.

Pre-registration and Cowin registration are mandatory.

If a beneficiary consumes alcohol or other intoxicants on the day of vaccination the Medicover Hospitals is not responsible for any losses or damage that happens to the beneficiary.

Make sure the beneficiary should not have any COVID symptoms and he should come under eligibility criteria for COVID-19 Vaccination as per WHO & Co-WIN conditions.

You are and shall remain solely responsible for any dispute of terms and conditions.
Responsibilities

The Medicover Hospitals accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered due to your reliance or by any other false beneficiary.

The Medicover Hospitals reserves the right to modify or withdraw any part of the website/App or any of its content at any time without notice.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Note: Medicover Hospitals does not follow any refund policy for vaccination.
User Indemnification
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless medicover vaccination portal or the application and its officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers, partners, licensors, advertisers, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable legal fees and costs, resulting from any violation of this agreement, or any activity related to your registration, or any information or material you have submitted or will submit to us in violation of any law or in breach of any third party rights We reserve the right to exclusively defend and control any claims arising from the above and any such indemnification matters, and you hereby agree to cooperate fully with us in asserting any available defences.
Changes to these terms and conditions
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without further notice to you. Any such amendments we make shall be effective once we post a revised version of these Terms and Conditions on the Website/App. It is your responsibility to review the portal or the application Terms and Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the Website/App following the publication of any such changes will constitute your agreement to follow and be automatically bound by the amended terms and conditions.

Scheduled period as per Government & WHO norms:
- Duration between 1st dose and 2nd dose for COVISHIELD should be minimum 84 days.
- Duration between 1st dose and 2nd dose for COVAXIN should be minimum 28 days.
